Last Sabbath we were excited to attend the Htee Kho SDA church.
We followed after the small congregation winding our way up the steep jungle path to join in the celebration of praise and thanksgiving to God for His workings in the village and for the new church expansion.
It is a beautiful simple wooden structure, set as a light high on a hill– for a testament to the true God.
It seemed that the whole village could hear their songs of praise as they drifted down the jungle slope.
The Htee Kho church is extra special to us because of YOUR help in building the original structure back in 2012.

The new church structure was expanded twelve feet in both directions giving room for plenty of growth. They were also able to build a new Sabbath school room for the many children.
Far-reaching projects like these give us the joy and determination to continue pressing forward.
